Mr. August F. DeLuca served as Acting CFO from April 2007 January 2008 and was appointed CFO and VP of Finance in January 2008. In these positions he has overall responsibility for the financial and accounting activities of CDEX. Prior to his work with CDEX Mr. DeLuca served for over 30 years in senior financial positions in a number of organizations including CFO of several public and private companies including ELCO Textron Inc and MSL Industries Inc. He has served on the Board of Directors of a number of organizations including St. Anthony’s Hospital in Rockford Illinois. Mr. DeLuca has an MBA in Finance and Accounting (University of Washington) an MS in Engineering (USC) a BS in Engineering and Mathematics (University of Michigan) and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
